Sunburst Smoothie..

Good morning dolls! As promised, I would post the smoothie recipe from my last entry.
A very, very simple citrusy burst of love & energy that will have you ready to take on the day.
Hope you enjoy!

What You'll Need:
- 2 organic peeled oranges
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
-1 tablespoon agave
- about 4 ice cubes
- a blender (duh)

Apple cider vinegar helps the body maintain a healthy alkaline pH level, providing you with a natural burst of energy! Add that to the extremely long list of benefits this miracle liquid provides the body.

Ok, so apple cider vinegar can be an acquired taste at first. If you can't take it straight on yet, 
adding some agave to your smoothie can help naturally sweeten it up!

I personally prefer a navel orange because they peel easily, are seedless & sweet.
My market was sadly out, so I opted for some tangerines here.
Still tasty, but not as tasty as my navels!

Set the Vitamix on smoothie mode & blend baby, blend!

Make sure your settings are lower, if you don't like a frothy top. Personally I don't mind it.
Now, drink that Sunburst Smoothie up & smile!
